LOOKS GREAT BUT BUMPERS FELL OFF BEFORE I EVEN USED THE BAG, I NEEDED TO GLUE THEM BACK WITH GORILLA GLUE. IT WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Great looking bags. Easy to spot in the baggage claim. However after first use of the 25 inch luggage the handled would not go down. I had to go through Dominican Republic customs with a handle that wouldn't go down. I was able to permanently fix the problem by opening up the luggage and modifying the handle locks. Overall though its still a good buy.

The price can't be beat on this set. The quality is reasonable but I expected something more durable considering that the Wenger name and reputation is touted so much. The bags are lightweight and can handle high capacity packing -so it was fine for my trip to Europe.

The material is not durable enough for me...After two trips I have a one inch square tear on the front.

Also half of the plastic piece on the bottom of the large upright broke off the second time I used it. I now have a lopsided piece of luggage which, of course, when upright just falls over...

Waiting for response from Wenger.

The outer material was quite soiled and "roughed up" after its maiden trip, making it less attractive, but that's not why one buys a quality suitcase, is it?

I like the fold-over plastic pockets and secure strap over the top of the interior that protects the contents--great idea!

So far this had been a good buy. I have only used one or the pieces and it has withstood 6 flights and two Auto trips. I am concerned with the handles, they seem to be the weak point. The slide out handle wobbles a bit but still functions properly. For the money the set was a good buy.

The first time I used the luggage both sets of zippers broke from the front, outer compartment. It was necessary for me to safety pin the compartments closed to avoid further damage on the trip home. (not a good look)
I was very pleased with the look and functionality of the product, but bitterly dissapointed that it was so easily broken.

I am currently awaiting resolution of this problem.

I took these bags on a month long mission trop to South Africa.Over the course of a month I took 15 different flights. The luggage held up incredibly well. With all the packing and unpacking, throwing them into car, bus, plane, and boat they still look really good. They have some scratches, but nothing extraordinary. The little red cross is helpful in knowing your bag, but in the end it is just another black bag.

I found the 22 inch carry-on I already had has a better top pocket to hold travel documents (print out) than the 21 inch one which came with the set.

That I don't like. the printed material won't fit which takes away easy access...

I recommended the set to a friend prior to my using the set and investgating that top pocket bit on the 21 inch case

The other little case... won't be using it. Seems basically useless for my purposes...

I bought this luggage since mine had long since worn out... I love it! The small bag is perfect for a toiletries bag and the other sizes are amazing as well. The only problem is that the largest case when filled with clothes is too heavy for the weight allowance on flights.
